Decision Confidence™ — at Three Levels of Engagement

What we deliver is Decision Confidence™ — the conviction, on the eve of a major commitment, that the decision in front of you has been independently examined and is structurally sound.

We deliver it through three engagement formats, designed for three different moments in an executive's year. Each uses the same Five-Point Framework. The depth, the duration, and the relationship are what differ.

Decision Confidence Briefing™

A focused, paid 60- to 90-minute review of a single decision currently on your desk.

For executives who want an independent perspective on a specific decision before they decide whether to commission a full review. The Briefing applies the Five-Point Framework at proportional depth: financial tolerance, operational capacity, accountability, outside dependencies, and point of no return — examined in 60 to 90 minutes against the materials you provide. You receive a one-page written memo with our position. Confidential. No vendor relationships. No financial stake in the outcome.

Use it when:

The decision is real, the stakes are meaningful, and you want a structural reading before committing to a deeper review.

Independent Decision Review™

A deep, project-based review of a single major decision before commitment.

For executives facing a single decision large enough that getting it wrong would be expensive to undo. Capital deployments, M&A, AI deployments, international moves, succession, restructurings, major capex. The review applies the full Five-Point Framework, includes confidential interviews with your executive team, formal pre-mortem analysis, a comprehensive risk map, and ends with a clear position: proceed, proceed with safeguards, redesign, delay, or stop. A 90-day follow-up review is included.

Use it when:

The decision is consequential and the cost of independent review is small relative to the cost of getting the decision wrong.

Access Oracle™

An ongoing private advisory channel for the stream of decisions that shape the year.

For executives who recognize that major decisions accumulate — capital commitments, hires, technology investments, leadership moves — and want a confidential outside perspective they can call on as decisions emerge. Access Oracle™ is a continuous relationship, not a one-time engagement. You bring decisions as they surface; we apply the same rigor, in real time, with the context that comes from knowing your business over time.

Use it when:

Your company is making major decisions frequently, capital commitments are growing, and a single annual review is not the right cadence.

Clarity Before Commitment

A firm belief, just prior to moving forward, that your decision has been independently reviewed and validated as structurally sound and dependable.
